Please join us for the Deacon Ordination and Installation service in the Chapel on Wednesday, January 11, at 6 p.m. The deacons being ordained or installed who will begin service in 2017 are Katherine Abbott Devins, Debby Griffin, Bob Hook, Janet Hymer, Shelly Jones, Stephen Lin, Steve Naiser, and Ron Newcomer. As we ordain and install leaders to help us move creatively into a rapidly changing world, this ordination service gives us all an opportunity to witness a tradition of Christian leadership dating back to the Bible itself.
