The Purpose of Small Groups

Scripture is filled with stories of God working among individuals as they relate to one another. In the early church, followers of Jesus met in homes to pray together, care for each other, learn from each other, and nurture one another in their faith. Jesus modeled this pattern with his disciples as he selected a small group of 12 to be his inner circle. Through small groups, we hope to help one another grow spiritually so that we are better equipped to live as disciples in the world.
